Toronto Moto Scooter Club – Oink Oink Oink…. It’s Baconfest!
Yes, there actually is a Baconfest and it’s a town-wide collaboration between Hogtown Cycles and the Township of Lucan Biddulph. We had a great time last year so we’re going to ride it again this year. It’s everything about bacon and bikes! Last year, 12,000 bikes were there so it’s a combination of bike day, show & shine, and of course…. BACON!!!!
It’s a full day’s event as it’s 180 km each way. The first 100 km from Toronto will be on Hwy 401 (about 1 hour), then we pick up some nice country roads the rest of the way. There’s a gas/coffee stop just as we exit the 401.
Coming back we can either take all country roads (about 3+ hours ride) or for those in a hurry, you can scoot back on 401. Because of the highway segments, this ride will be limited to motos of 250cc and up, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
